Hello to all you food lovers out there. My name is Gourmet Shark and its my mission to hunt down the tastiest grub from around the Isle of Man.
I am a passionate foodie who loves everything from Loughtan Lamb to Manx Queenies (Queen Scallops), chips cheese and gravy to local ales. I intend to inform, educate, delight and consume so if your a grower, producer, farmer, chef or even a dinner lady you better look out cause I will hunt you down and sample your wares!
And when I’m not out and about sampling the fantastic produce of the Isle of Man I will be cooking it up and creating some lip licking delicious dishes for you to try at home. So jump in and indulge yourself!
